Nomi Furusato Museum
The Past is the Gateway to the Future
What kind of place do we live in? What kind of life did people live in the past? We designed the symbol in the hope that the museum will function as a gateway to the eternal nature and history of the world, and to the intellectual curiosity of children who will continue into the future. It is also the initial "n" of the Nomi Furusato Museum, and represents the mountains and ancient tombs behind the museum.
過去は未来の入り口
私たちは、どんなところに住んでいるんだろう？ 昔の人は、どんな暮らしをしていたんだろう？ 悠久の自然と歴史、そして、みんなの未来へ続く子どもたちの知的好奇心の「入り口」として、ミュージアムが機能することを願い、シンボルをデザイン。また、能見ふるさとミュージアムの頭文字「n」でもあり、博物館の裏手の「山」や「古墳群」も表している。
